C loves snacks. Some afternoons she’ll eat from when she wakes until dinnertime, and then won’t have room for dinner. It seems to e here natural time to eat so rather than try to stop her I’m trying to come up with healthy snacks for her to eat. And especially not packaged ones as at 21 months she already thinks that if comes out of a package it must be yummy.
Today, I tried this snack bar recipe from Happy Healthy Mama.
Personally, I think they are delicious, but C is still sleeping so I’ll update with her verdict later.
C and her friend H both loved them and were asking for seconds. Resounding success!
